Iain Carnegie invites Labour MP and Shadow Minister for Exiting the European Union, Thangam Debbonaire to pay her own visit to the Politics of Sound virtual Record Shop and select her three all-time favourite albums.

Thangam emerges with classic recordings of works by Dmitri Shostakovich, Talking Heads and Johann Sebastian Bach and speaks of her career as a professional cellist, her political beginnings and beliefs and her battle with serious illness. Oh yes, and her enduring love of knitting!
